Assemblage Posted September 30, 2010 Share Posted September 30, 2010 Editing the Key or Description in my ceiling finish doesn't update in the Finishes worksheet, or the Legend. =('Space'.'Ceiling Key') doesn't seem to pick up changes. Why? Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 The Legend appears to just grab static text when it is created. I think you will have to delete it from the drawing and the resource browser and then recreate it. But even then It does not seem to pick up edits to the finishes. I don't know where the finish schedule is getting the data from. Even a Restart of VW does not get the legend to pull in the correct information. I have not tried any of this in VW2011, only in 2010. Pat Stanford Posted October 2, 2010 Share Posted October 2, 2010 I just tested the Legend in VW2011. It is still static text, but if you change a finish definition and delete and recreate the legend it does get the change. At least in a drawing with only a single space ;-) Quote Link to comment
