Another glitch I find is that the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen is always on the far right corner even if the drawing is centered. That prevents me from actually scrolling right as I'm like "outside" the scroll bar boundary. When I try to scroll right using the mouse, the scroll bar or the arrows next to the bar, the image jumps to the right "edge" of the drawing which is something like 500 points to the left of my actual drawing.

I can only pan to the right using the "pan tool"

any ideas?

thanks!

I've just enabled it.... but it's the same.

there aro no objects outside the general drawing....

I mean... what do you call the "drawing border".

To recenter the image hat I do is:

1-select all

2-Fit To objects

this goets me to see my draing in full screen... so I don't rhing there are any objects far away....

Thanks anyway!

Looks like you solved it or at least worked around it. I meant that object extents could be out of the view. For instance, an arc could show in the view you want, but it has a really big radius, the center might be waaay off screen, so that the calculation of the center for all objects is quite different from the page or view center.

Some dwg imports have text boxes about a mile long containing only a few words. These screw up the combined object center.

I see the occasional drawings which prevent panning. I think they contain some corrupt object. Are you seeing the problem in all drawings?
