Has anyone experienced this? We have a new Canon plotter and use the imagePROGRAF Printmonitor V 2.12 software for it.
What happens is that after sending a plot via VW 2009, usually the save command will not work- warning box comes up saying 'The file save operation failed.' Continuous tries result in VW crashing. And the file(s) we had open require a change in permissions to re-open. Any suggestions?
We have a small network of Macs using Snow Leopard 10.6.4.
