Have to think about making the making of penta-, hexa- and octagonal windows even easier, so thanks for the idea! (Hexa- and octagonal windows are not at all rare in pre-WW II buildings in my part of the world now when I think of it.) Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Hi Peter, in VW 2009 and later it is very easy to create a (non-parametric) window or door symbol of any shape which can inserted into a wall. Simply create the 2d/3d geometry you want then go to the Create Symbol command, making sure to use the Wall Insertion Options. Kool Aid, I'm sure your PIO is quite kool as well. Have you shared it?
