Bruce Kieffer Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 I was having trouble getting 2D objects to appear in a viewport. I was using the standard method of create viewport from the view menu. No 2D objects were showing, then I tried again and it worked. I can't tell what I did different. Anyone know the magic that makes this happen? Quote Link to comment
islandmon Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 The VP OIP allows for the various views>Top/Plane, Top, Front, etc and a little box above them = Project 2d If you are using a 3d view then use the 'Project 2d' option to project the 2d objects on the 3d Ground Plane. Otherwise, Top/Plan shows the 2d stuff as expected Quote Link to comment
