newbie_ need help to create window schedule

hi all,

I have a drawing which contains 4 different elevations in 4 different designer layers, I use symbols for the windows which attached to a record called "Window record", I want to create an individual window schedule for each elevation, but when I created a window schedule by "create report", I got a full record of all the symbols, I tried to edit it, but it didn't let me to change the content or delete the unwanted cell,

is it a way I can created a selective range of record ( by design layer)? or to edit the report?

Turn on the Database Headers...

Right-click on the Database Row,

Select Edit Criteria,

Set Criteria including "Layer is YOUR DESIGN LAYER #1"

That will do it. Now just be sure you have set all of the column info how you

want it, and formatting font size, etc...

Now duplicate that schedule, edit the duplicate, and edit the criteria to change

it to your next design layer. Repeat for the remaining two.
