Ray Libby Posted June 5, 2008 Share Posted June 5, 2008 In this case the word solid is used two different ways. An extrude is a solid object, and an object can have a solid fill. Once you extrude you do have a solid object, but solid objects can't have a solid fill. If you need the object to have a fill in plan view, make a hybrid symbol, with the 2d portion having a fill.
