mpkeane
I am working on a Mac PowerBook, using OS 10.4.11, with VW Designer (Educational Version) 12.5.1. When drawing dimensions with the dimension tool, how can one set the default text size? It's all wrong right now and I need to reset each one manually. Can the text size be preset? Ray Libby
Dimensions use the default text size. You can set the default text size by clicking in open space to make sure nothing is selected, then set the text size. If you want a different size than the default, use the Custom Modification tool to create a script to change all dimension text. I don't think there is a way to have dimensions use a differnt font size than the default but I may be wrong. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
You could also create a custom tool (from the Tools menu) that would automatically change the font when you use it to select the dimension tool. You would then probably want to make a second custom tool to set the font back for the text tool. Pat Quote Link to comment
