bonus Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 My resource browser tends to give up every now and then. Suddenly without notice it shows no resources. The resource browser window is blank. If I reboot VW it shows up again, but freeezes if I try to select a symbol. I have purged all unused symbols. - there are still lots of them - is there a limit? monkey Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 i have had this problem several times before, i had a lot of resources saved in my template, about 50 hatches, probably 50-100 symbols and so on, i basically deleted all of the ones i rarely use or was able to create again quickly when i needed them, and this seemed to solve the problem. im not sure if there is an actual limit. what i have started to do is create different templates for the different drawings i do and limit the amount of symbols etc to the ones i would only use in those kinds of drawings.
