Pat Stanford
They should just be text in a cell above the database row. Select the cell and type in whatever you want to display. Pat Quote Link to comment
burch
I'm talking about changing the user field list in the door settings menus under data tab. The end of the list provides 10 User Fields which I can use and rename on the schedule but I cannot change the user field name in the settings so someone knows where to go put in hte information. Any thoughts? Quote Link to comment
Guest
Go to Tools > Scripts > VS Plugin Editor Choose Door Click on Parameters Go down to # 151 - it should say "USRFLD1" Click on this Click on Edit Change "Alternative Name" to the desired name. Do NOT change the "Name" field. If you do, you'll get VS errors when attempting to use the tool. Note: I strongly recommend making a copy of the door.vso object (in VW > Plugins folder) and saving a copy somewhere outside the VW folder in the off chance you need to go back to the original at some point. Otherwise, the only way to get the original back is to reinstall. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Also, remember any changes that you make will probably be overwritten the next time NNA updates the Door PIO. They will almost certainly not survive an upgrade to VW2009 and if there are nay interim fixes to the Door Tool, you will have to go back and make the changes again. Pat Quote Link to comment
