Hooprulz
Seems like when I place a duplex outlet on a wall, it frequently flips to the "interior" of the wall (i.e. in the middle of the wall) rather than the place I want to go - anyone have this problem and how to prevent it? Thanks, Daniel Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Are you using the duplex outlet symbol you created or the one from the 16_Power_Devices Resource file? The ones in 16_Power_Devices are Symbols that convert back to PIOs upon insertion. It appears that they are not designed to be inserted into a wall. In either/both the 2D selection tool and the 2D Symbol Insertion tool, the second mode group is the Wall Insertion mode. If you toggle this off, then the symbol will insert into the drawing, but will not be included in the wall. This might be what you are looking for. Pat Quote Link to comment
