If it is the latter, Autocad 2008 only came out earlier this year (I'll ignore the obvious contradiction of it still being 2007). I'm sure NNA will add a 2008 import capability at the first available opportunity. Be mindful that Autodesk don't provide the translators. This is done by the Open Design Alliance and NNA are reliant on them providing the capability. http://opendesign.com/ Quote Link to comment
stmlandplan Posted August 20, 2007 Author Share Posted August 20, 2007 Thanks Mike I did mean to say 2007. but actually the error message I am getting is: "OpenDWG Library Error 8 This DWG version is not supported." Normally I can use ACAD TrueConvert to dumb them down to 2004 but for some reason I have a problem importing this particular file. I realize this may have nothing to do with the Conversion but I don't know enough about ACAD to tell. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
mike m oz Posted August 20, 2007 Share Posted August 20, 2007 VW 12.5 only imports up to Autocad 2006. You might have to ask the provider of the file to save it back to this version. Quote Link to comment
