RandSPeck
I am using Vectorworks Spotlight with Renderworks 12.5.2. When I place a symbol onto a layer with active only checked the symbol disappears. For instance, I place a High End 575 Spot onto a truss I see it but when I change to the pointer again it disappears from the active only layer. (the truss stays) If I switch to snap/ modify all then I can see and use it and move it. When I switch to active only class it goes away. I have checked and it is assigned to the correct layer. Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted July 13, 2007 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted July 13, 2007 The geometry in the symbols is in the None class. Unless the None class is visable the symbols wil vanish when you insert them. Quote Link to comment
RandSPeck
Is their a way to make the none class always visible. I do not use this class for my drawings. Quote Link to comment
Jim_Allen
You should be able to go into the classes menu and set the visability for all classes. Set none to visable and you should sse them. Quote Link to comment
