The "Basic" Palette (VW12.5 Designer) doesn't appear automatically every time I start VW, even though when I quit it was active and docked at the top of the screen. Guest Posted October 24, 2006 Share Posted October 24, 2006 Delete the Vw preferences file, empty the trash, and relaunch VW. You'll need your serial number handy when you relaunch VW. Position the palettes how you want them and use File>Exit or File>Quit to exit out of VW. Relaunch VW - the palettes should stay where they were put If that still doesn't work, check to make sure you have read/write properties for the workspaces file you are using. If you are on a Mac, you may also need to run Disk Utility to verify and repair disk permissions Quote Link to comment
