mactavt
I am trying to make a canoe using nurbs curves of cross sections of the boat. this gives me a preview, but when I accept it returns with a message that loft could not be made. What might be causing this? Architect Vectorworks 11.5 Mac OSX Quote Link to comment
Guest
The best thing to do would be to use create surface from curves. You will need to create a top rail so the objects are closed, but it's easier and more accurate. If you want, send me your email and I will send you a file demonstrating the feature. Vectorworks, Inc Employee Biplab Posted April 26, 2006 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted April 26, 2006 The cause for this might be that you have Create Solid Check box turned on and it is trying to add the several surfaces together into a single solid and failing. In preview it just displays the surfaces and hence suceesfull. Quote Link to comment
