JWC
I am trying to create new label legends in ablank, new document. After selecting the labels (so that a "plus" sign appears next to them) that I want to appear with my light, I've been attempting to place them where I want them. However, when I enter the edit screen from the Label Legend Manager, none of the labels are appear at all. Any suggestions as to why this may be? Thanks Quote Link to comment

JWC
Thank you for your reply, but that didn't seem to solve the problem. I must be doing something else wrong. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted August 20, 2002 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted August 20, 2002 When you run the command make sure that the lables you want appear in the fields box to the left of the edit button. If it still fails, once you click exit symbol, see if there ia a symbol folder named "Label Legends" created. If the folder is created and it contains your label lengend you can send me(klinzey@nemetschek.net) the file and I will take a look at it. Quote Link to comment
SilentG
I had a similar problem. Before creating any label legends, try setting LAYER SCALE to something appropriate (1/4" or 1/2") and then set TEXT SIZE to something appropriate (10 pt). This worked for me. Good Luck! Quote Link to comment
Joseph
I just tried to click Set Text and VW gave me a C++ Runtime Error and crashed out. "The application has requested runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." Any ideas? PeaceJoseph Quote Link to comment
