Brian Clark
I have a 36 sheet project set up for A2 drawings and when I want to print the 24 of those sheets on ledger size I have to individually change the print setup for each individual sheet. Do you realize how long that takes? Please just allow me to select as many sheets as I want and change them all at once - a simple request. for VWA 11.5 Quote Link to comment
0 matto
Indeed it is a very common activity in our office to print large drawing at smaller paper. any improvement would be good. i always thought an option in the batch print sheets dialogue box (sadly industry series only) could be to print selected sheets to a common paper size. 0 CipesDesign
I also would like to have this option. It used to be so easy to do this. All you had to do was change the page size and set the scale to 50% (or 44% or whatever). The entire set (of saved sheets, now views) would then change. In reality, I suppose I could just use the "old" way. But then I wouldn't be able to take advantage of viewports. Oh well. it's not a perfect world! Peter Quote Link to comment
0 sicily80
This would be a great option to have. We send out for 22x34 prints, but we print 11x17 in the office at 50% scale. It's quite a hassle to change the paper size. Quote Link to comment
0 Kevin
If we could batch print to PDF, that would also solve this problem in a different way. Acrobat has the option to shrink to fit the page size selected. All of my PDF's are 24x36 but I routinely print them to letter size. No calculations needed, it is done automatically. So what we really need is batch print to PDF. Quote Link to comment

Rafa Do you get one file, or are you getting a single file for each sheet? I am using a Mac. What platform are you speaking of. Quote Link to comment
