Help with windows types

How would I go about creating windows that look like the ones pictured? My 3d model is primarily for ConnectCad and AVL design but I like to get it looking as close as possible to the actual building. I am not an architect so any help would be appreciated.

In the Window settings, General pane, Configuration setting select the "Custom..." option, then play with with the Custom Configuration Options. HTH
