Vectorworks crashes before even loading...

Vectorworks is crashing at cineware loading.

cineware seemed to be what was causing my two minute loading issues before the 4.1 update....

 

 

you can see it loads (slowly again) up until cineware starts loading and the loading screen closes and a couple of seconds later it shuts off in the task manager.

 

any thoughts?

After a multi-hour phone conversation with tech support (Thank you!) , we finally got it to start up and not crash.

 

 

Something to try if you're having the same issue - look into the cineware plugin... we removed it from it's folder and VW started up ok.

 

That wasn't the only problem in my case - VW kept crashing for other reasons, but it did get us started at least.
