Snapping Tools & Organization turned into red text after importing file

I've just exported a vectorworks file from my pc and imported it onto my laptop. Now I have a lot of red highlights in my software. I've attached a screenshot so that you can notice the red text I am referencing. 

 

The red text is present in all of my snapping tools and on the 'snap to working plane' tool. 

The red text is also present in all of my layers, classes, viewports, and views when I click on them.

 

This might be a simple error, but I'm a little stumped. I am not sure if this is just a setting or if the software is sending me some sort of error message with all of this red text and highlights.

 

Anyone recognize this?

For me that looks like standard highlight color for selected/active elements

you have chosen in your Windows Settings.

(On Windows I set blue, on macOS I use orange)

 

 

If this is valid for VW only and not also all other Apps, it would be strange.

 

I do not see it highlighted here on Mac for the Navigation Palette header though :
