Issue while inserting or removing the door or window from wall

Hello everyone,

 

I'm not able to insert or remove the door or window from wall by select & drag method. After selecting the window I can move left or right not able to remove it. I can only delete the window. Same as while adding the window I'm not able to insert it. Kindly, guide me to solve this issue. Thank you.

Make sure you have the indicated icon which is the Wall Insertion Mode.  With this highlighted you can drag objects into and out of walls. With it off, you can not drag into or out of walls.

 

Similar functionality in earlier versions, but the icon looks different.
