Data Tag color using Data Visualization Help

I could really use a helping hand figuring out to color a Data Tag based on Data Visualization.

 

This particular use case is coloring a Data Tag that is getting info from the Circuit Name and/or Circuit Number of a Lighting Device.

 

I'm able to color the lighting devices by Circuit Name via Data Visualization with no problem,  but I just cant figure out how to get my Circuit Data Tag to take the color instead of the lighting device.

 

In a perfect world, I'd like to get a Data Tag to visualize the Circuit Name and Circuit Number like this based off the parameters of each fixture.

It's a bit of a convoluted process and involves two data tags and two data visualizations but it can be done! I'll leave you to take a look at what I did. I feel sure that you will be able to improve on this.
