How to make the lines of the walls appear on the sides ?

 

When I create a symbol with the window, it does not show these lines anymore

So you have made a symbol of the window?  And it is displaying in the OIP as Symbol in Wall?

 

If so then you need to check the OIP and make sure that it is set to Full Break with Caps.

 

If you want to change this for all instances of this symbol you can find the symbol in the Resource Manager and make the change to the caps right click on the symbol and choose Edit Symbol Options to get to the dialog box to make the change.
