Strange behaviour with datasheets

This happens in VW23,-  haven't tested it yet in 24:

 

- Create a datasheet for a symbol_1 in the data manager.

- Import this symbol to a new file.

=> The datasheet is corretly imported to the new file.

 

- Create a symbol_2 with child symbol_1 inside.

- Import symbol_2 to a new file.

=> The datasheet for symbol_1  is not imported.

 

Same happens when a group inheriting symbol_1 is imported (via Copy&Paste)

 

Seems that programmers have vergotten that symbols including their datsheets can be embeded in other objects? Or is this a logical behaviour that I can't follow up ?
