Point Clouds & Section Viewports

Hi, we have been drawing in VW21 and now looking to upgrade to VW24 but we are running into an issues with the Section Viewports in the newer version.

 

It appears that we can no longer use the Section Viewports to adjust the depth of the Point Clouds we use. It will crop 3D shapes etc but the Point Cloud appears as just one big object that you can have as only showing or fully hidden.

 

Is there some option that needs to be changed that we have missed?

I think there were issues with section VPs of point clouds that started in VW2022. I haven't checked in VW2023 or VW2024 but sounds like they are still present. Try searching the Forum for posts about it... Not sure if bug was filed at the time or if anyone from VW commented... Although I use point clouds I don't generally take section VPs from them (luckily...)
