How to delete a licens when the Program doesn't start

Hi,

 

I have a new licens for Vectorworks 23.

I used another licens before, but it was reassigned to a coworker.

If I start Vectorworks now I get the notification, that I can't activate the old licens because it is installed on the maximum amount of Computers. 

 

The problem is that I can't get into the Program settings to change the License to the new one because it closes right after the notification.

Is there any other way to change the License?

I already tried to uninstall the program and install it again, but it always starts with the old licens.

@Jule , there is no need to uninstall Vectorworks to replace the serial number; you can delete the registry entries: 

 

Before continuing, close Vectorworks completely.
 
1. In the Taskbar, type ‘regedit’ in the Search box and press Enter.
 
2. On the left-hand side of the “Registry Editor” window, you should see one folder labeled: ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER’ 
 
3. Expand this folder, click on Software, then look for the Nemetschek folder, and inside, you will see a 'Vectorworks XX' folder. Right-click on the 'Vectorworks XX' folder and select Delete. 

 

Then reboot Vectorworks and input the new serial#
