Accessing Elevation Benchmarks w/in Worksheets?

Hi, wondering if it's possible to get to these things in a worksheet? Or even just Story contents at all? I'm sure its possible but stumped me...

Current wishlist:

  1. A worksheet with all Finish Floor elevations (for contractor)
  2. A worksheet that does some math, for example; Max Bldg Height = 'Top of Elevation R2' - 'Grade Plane'
