ifcspace data import/export as csv/excel

I am currently failing with the following workflow and probably need a pusher in the right direction.

 

Import ifc file from the architect with ifcspace objects. I would like to stick my pset to these objects using a data manager.

 

Then I would like to export a csv/excel file with the room names of the ifcspace objects and all data fields of my database. This file would then be received by a colleague and fill/change my data field.

 

I now get this file back and import it and compare it with the data fields in the vwx file. Ideally, I could solve synchronization problems in a list manually.

Should be possible to list values from the IFC and from your custom pset.  Are you able to send me the IFC, or a simple example file, offlist?
