Site Model Retaining Wall Site Modifier

I am encountering an issue with the retaining wall site modifier not updating the site model.

 

In 3d view the site model shows green on the retaining wall but doesn't amend the topography.

 

Use Site Modifiers on: is set to modifiers layer.

Looks like there is vertical sides to the site model up to the retaining wall site modifier. So the site modifiers are working, but do you have a Grade limit in your model?

Looks like you need a grade limit around the wall so the model knows how to stitch everything together.
