Hey, Just had this problem. Turns out that I had one grid directly on top of another. My bad, but hope this helps someone in the future!

Hey I am having similar issues except it occurs when I have multiple doors and windows in the same wall. I am at a loss! Wall insertion mode is selected.....not sure what to do! See the two images attached
