Im a very new user of VW22 design suite (3 weeks). Im slowly getting my head around VWs at a very basic level, its defiantly not easy, but a fun challenge. Ive been spending my time completing the Vectorworks University Core Cert and lots of YouTube videos.
Im using a MacBook Pro 16" Intel BigSur 11.4.
Ive spent a fair bit of time searching the net to solve my issue but no luck, so here I am.
Im sure Ive messed up somewhere but Im struggling to locate the issue. I built and created a custom symbol in a blank document with the intention to import and use it in my main project.
When I try and import this new 3d.symbol into my main project the symbol can only be moved via the dropdown menu via Modify-Move, its painfully slow.
If I import this same custom symbol into new blank document its able to move around just fine using the cursor as per normal.
Any ideas what may be the issue please? Could it be an issue with my main project.
