Jesse Cogswell Posted March 20, 2021 Share Posted March 20, 2021 Unfortunately, this forum is mostly populated by users of Vectorworks and it's uncommon for Vectorworks employees to grace us with their presence. That being said, I have seen JuanP help people with similar issues on this forum. Might be worth shooting him a message. You are probably better off contacting the Sales and Customer Service team directly (North America contact info - phone: 888-646-4223, email: sales@vectorworks.net).
