Nedzad Posted January 22, 2002 Share Posted January 22, 2002 I get the following error trying to update to 9.5: The updater could not verify your installed copy. Please go back and select a new location, quit and reinstall your Version 9.0.1 product, or enter a different serial number. I have tried to reinstall, but it still doesnt work. Installing 9.01 goes just fine. Any ideas ? Quote Link to comment

Make sure you don't have duplicate copies of the VectorWorks application on your HD. Then run the 9.5 updater again; see if this works. Quote Link to comment
