Depending on what you would like to do, there are a few options available to you.

If you simply wish to show only one instance of the ID on the database, use the "sum" icon. Select all of the repeated numbers, drag the Sum icon over the ID number and it will collapse to show only one instance. None of the information on the drawing itself will change.

If you wish to change the ID number altogether, then use the Object Information palette to change the number in the Data tab. This will change the ID on both the drawing and in the database.

The final option, which is not recommended, is to change it to a worksheet and remove all formulas. Once you do this you can make your changes and print, however you will no longer have it linked to the drawing.
