autosave problem

hello,

every time i click yes to the vworks autosave i get an error box pop with the following message:

-36 Disk I/O Error Attempt to Write File - FS Write.

OK

This box will then not close either with the ok option or the close x. to get rid of it i have to ctrl alt delete, end vworks and then start again, and so far today this seems to occur every time the autosave option appears.

we are only using 50% of our capacity so i don't think that it can be a memory problem.

if anyone has come across this before or has any ideas they would be much appreciated

This is a FilePath error ... most likely due to permission conflict.

VW needs to create a new VW Backup Folder within the working directory and then must create a saved copy of the active document into that directory. Possibly VW does not have permission to modify the existing directory path and is prevented from creating the necessary Backup Directory ... ditto for the saved copy.
