td4stage Posted January 16, 2006 Share Posted January 16, 2006 I am getting ready to upgrade (from v11) and am wondering if VW/SL/RW includes pdf versions of the manual on the install cd. I think the v10 help link accessed the pdf manual. That was REALLY nice. I REALLY do not like the help files in v11. Mostly for the warning that pops up every time in IE, but also because they just don't seem to be as good as they used to be. Thanks, Quote Link to comment
Guest Posted January 16, 2006 Share Posted January 16, 2006 There's a way to fix the warning that pops up in IE. Using other browser's also addresses that issue, such as Firefox. The help system that is available in VW 11, and thus 12 is actually better than the PDFs because everything is linked. If you search a specific feature and want to learn more about related topics, there's an embedded link for the related topics. Quote Link to comment
