I have applied for an extension on my student vectorworks licence and I understand that, what with current circumstances, response times are not how they used to be. Would you be able to let me know when to expect my licence extension to to be applied? I have been trying to get an extension on my student licence vectorworks account since yesterday morning, and I have still not heard back.
I am so sorry about this, however I am a student and have a deadline within the next few days so I am in quite a hurry to get access to my documents again.
