Cerveza Little
Certain layers in certain files no longer recognize objects to snap to. I am using 11.5 with Sony VAIO Win XP. Very peculair, as some of the older layers within the file contain snappable objects. The problem came on yesterday. Another strange effect is if I import a corrupted layer from a file that seems corrupted with this behavior, I corrupt the new file. Quote Link to comment
islandmon
In my experience these problems are associated with bad objects, artifacts, and/or font conflicts. Also linked to out of date vectorscript based C++ Tools. One solution is to isolate the offenders and purge and replace. Quote Link to comment
Cerveza Little
Whatever it is, it seems to be deep down in the file and cannot be corected by cutting and pasting over between the original and a new file. It also showed up suddenly at the same time in two unrelated files, leading me to suspect that it may be connected to my operating system, Win XP. Quote Link to comment
