Ian R Posted April 9, 2005 Share Posted April 9, 2005 When using join with alt, Vectoworks often crashes. Today it has twice crashed leaving a "-39 end of file reached during read attempt to read file -FSREAD" message. I have lost a sheet from the drawing plus part of the sheet I was working on. Is there a way of getting lost informaiton back? Quote Link to comment
islandmon Posted April 11, 2005 Share Posted April 11, 2005 -39 errors are usually fatal file corruptions. Export your file to Vectorscript then try to import into a new file. What errors do you get. All is not lost if you exercise some patience. DO NOT continue working on that file ! Quote Link to comment
