JMTLA Posted January 6, 2004 Share Posted January 6, 2004 This is my first time using the plant list worksheets and I have a few questions on how to edit the worksheets. #1- How do I insert a column that would read the botanical name of the plants from the plant catalog? #2- How do I delete a column, ie. the floral color? #3- Do I need to keep the first column that reads 1, 2, 3, 3.1, and so on? Or is it possible to some how hide this column so it does not print? #4- My plant lists are always sorted by categories- perennials, annuals, shrubs, and trees. Is it possible to have the plant list sort the plants this way and how? #5- I am using the Plant List- Basic. Can I edit this header? #6- Row # 3 has a number under the ID and Qty columns, is this my total count of plants and can I not have this print or move it to the bottom of the plant list. Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted January 7, 2004 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted January 7, 2004 Rebecca, I'm pretty sure (if I understand all your questions) that everything you want to do can be done, but customizing worksheets is a little beyond the proper scope of the Tech Support Bulletin board. Many if not most of the edits you request are really simple; May I suggest starting with a review of the section of the VectorWorks manual that addresses worksheets? A great place to start would be a review of the Worksheets chapter, on p. 619 of your on-line documentation. Quote Link to comment
