Siva
I created a Site Plan using VW 11.5 (Emac 700 MHz, OSX 10.3.8. The file size is 1.5MB. The page size is 24"x36". I am unable to export to Image File (jpeg) to the same sheet size. The maximum width I can export is 12". If you set the width to more than 12". The warning appears "could not export image due to image width exceeding the limit." Could somebody help me on this. Quote Link to comment
Guest
What dpi are you specifying in the export? Quote Link to comment
Siva
I tried on 300 dpi & 200 dpi. Both are not working. Quote Link to comment
Urban
It use to be easier in V10. Now we can't export JPG or PSD at a good resolution. or we have to send them out at A4 or less. This is not good for clients who print our drawings at A1! We have tried the PDF though the print driver but the drawing is low quality. We use to export to PSD and then open in photoshop and have some control. And we have tried the EPS but the overlay layers don't work. Is there a solution to this problem? Quote Link to comment
Guest
Try using 72 and see if it works - just for the purpose of testing. Quote Link to comment
Siva
For 72 dpi, it is working. It is bit low resolution but anyway thanks for your help. Quote Link to comment
jaymalloy
I'm having the same problem with mac! I'm limited to only a 72 dpi when I export all pages as a single image (jpg). I'm actuallly having to go back to VW 11 (not 11.5), drawing a marquee, and then checking the sizing in photoshop. What an absolute pain! It seems like the only solution is to add a printer that has the larger paper sizes (Arch C,D,E etc.) and save the file as a pdf... Quote Link to comment
