US Student License Error - Support?

Question

Hi,

I'm a US student using Vectorworks for the first time.  I posted my student enrollment on my account and updated several times, but my expiration date has always been within 30 days.  I have tried contacting the UK office (my course is based in the UK), but was told that the UK system wouldn't allow her to approve my license.  I have contacted the US office with no response, yet.  Strangely, I have received automated responses stating that my educational license and extension has been approved; however, there is no change to the expiration date in my account status.  I would greatly appreciate assistance, as I have assignments due.
