Could the Rendering properties of the lighting object within the Spotlight Lighting device be assigned to its currently empty render tab in the OIP. At the moment you have to right-click on the device or in the visualisation palette to get access to the renderworks light object which is cumbersome, especially if you are in a crowded 3D view. I have been doing a lot of that recently and thought it would make perfect sense.
