I downloaded the educational version of vectorworks about a month ago for my college drafting class. When i first downloaded it asked me for a proff of enrollment which i provided in the form of a photograph of my current student ID. Eventually I started to get emails about my liscence expireing if i didn't upload a proof of enrollment, which I had already done, but assuming I'd done something wrong the first time I reuploaded the photo. Today when I opened vectorworks for class i got a popup telling me that my liscence is expired and my serial number is invalid and to please enter a valid serial number before I continue. I tried uploading a new proof on enrollment photo but it didn't seem to effect the validity of my liscence. At this point I am redownloading the software but I'm unsure how to continue if it still says my liscence is expired.
