Im copying a drawing from one file to another, and when i delete that drawing in the new file, it only deletes the objects and not the dimensions. Now when i do this, the dimensions get 'stuck' you could say. I can't select the dimensions at all, both by selecting with mouse and with command-a. I know for a fact that the dimensions are on the layer that im working on tho, because when i set layer options to view active only, on every other layer the dimensions disappear. Guest Posted January 16, 2004 Share Posted January 16, 2004 GO to Organize>Class Options. Select "Show, Snap, Modify Others". THat should allow you to select the dimensions. If you only want to select the objects on a specific layer, leave the class options set to the above and Layer Options set to "Active Only". Quote Link to comment
