This is a great tool that suffers from underdevelopment.
Better centralize control over callouts with database.
Better legend control - ability for notes to show up on 2 legends (first available free number in each - with shuffling for remove gaps.)
Legends with Sections. Single Legend with sections that can control independent or continuous numbering. Prefix control from legend and legend section.
Legends as reusable resources so they can show up in multiple places.
