Sheetlayer Viewports showing different dimension units

I have a few concept sheet layer viewports and several construction sheet layer viewports. I need the concept dimensions to show metres as doesn't need to be too accurate and the contruction sheets to be in millimeters. Ive gone through the dimension standards and the units menu in VW but not having any luck.

I used VW back in 2008 and don't think it was an option then but I'm sure that has been updated since then.
