John Meunier Posted November 25, 2015 Share Posted November 25, 2015 The link under Vectorworks Community Links for "Bug Submit" does not take you to the bug submit page, it redirects you to the Tech Support Request page. It was working yesterday. I have tried in multiple browsers. Anyone else having this same issue? Or have I gone mad. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted November 25, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 25, 2015 This is intentional for now, I'll be cleaning it up so that there aren't 2 links to the same place. For the time being, all bugs should be submitted as Support Requests, we were getting way to many "bugs" that were just installation incompatibility issues or user error, passing these through Tech Support will let us filter and get only the real bugs to QA. It is being handled manually at this time since we do not currently have a way for users to easily separate Tech Support from Bugs from Wishlist items and get them filed to the right departments, so TS will do it by hand to clean up some traffic.
