advice on jumping viewport annotations

Recommended Posts

A quick question to see if anyone can advise . well , 3 maybe ......

producing some simple drawings involving viewports at 1:1 for detailing - to which I have applied simple fill objects as attributes .- i.e. hatches. Should be simple 2D graphic attribute process . However on saving and reopening file / or moving viewport as a closed object ... the annotations separate from any associated objects and I find them a ten page distance to left / right / all manner of positions . Do I have to manually associate these areas to objects within viewports ?

Another question on a similar theme - more related specifically to 2015 version

in design layer 2015 I experience repeatedly some form of glitch meaning that attempting to snap to vertices suddenly does not apply and initial striking of a line with the constrained line tool - I click at a certain point however the line initiates at a point some distance relative to that given - seems the only way I can get out of this is a quit of the application .

on a similar theme . perhaps someone can advise ....

On recently attempting to edit some symbols in a working file - 2d Door / window elevations - Entered the editing mode and on applying a line or polygon this does not appear at the associated location but rather some distance from the original grouping of objects ......Can move and duplicate existing objects with no difficulty .

I must admit Im not sure here - Its maybe normal I cannot add new objects within editing a symbol ?

I m working here almost 100% of the time on Layer Plane despite the main use being in Top Plan and as 2D drawing . However I get the feeling Im being thrown in all these things by some sort of layer / mode jump .
