For this tool to be functional it should allow the following options:
Ability to trim (or hide a portion) of both the first of last units, simply having a "first pitch differs" is not sufficient. Sometimes we the first unit needs to be whole and its the last unit that needs to be shorter, but trimmed and not overlapped further as per the "pitch" effect. In other cases (like the roofing attached) the last unit needs to be trimmed for two reasons; To fit with the section line and to give the effect that the material continues on down the roof.
Yet another wish! Simple and elegant is what we want. Currently I have to ungroup the tools geometry to achieve this, but then future edits are a pain.
